Every domain you audit in Daylytix is automatically saved as a project. You can manage multiple client sites from a single account, share reports with clients, and optionally create read-only client logins.

The portfolio view

Click Portfolio in the left sidebar to see all your audited domains in a grid. Each card shows:

  • Domain URL and client name
  • Latest audit score with a colour indicator (green/yellow/red)
  • Score trend sparkline — a mini chart showing your last 5 audits
  • Last audited date
  • Critical issue count from the latest audit
  • Quick-action buttons: Run Audit, View Report, Compare

Use the Search field at the top to filter by domain name or client name. Sort by score, last audited, or number of issues using the sort dropdown.

Adding a new client site

Click New Audit from anywhere in the dashboard. In the audit form:

  • URL — the client's website (required)
  • Client Name — e.g. "Acme Corp" — appears in PDF/PPTX report headers
  • Client Notes — optional internal notes (not shown to clients)

After the audit completes, the domain is saved permanently in your portfolio. All future audits of the same domain are grouped together in the run history for that project.

Sharing reports with clients

After an audit completes, click Share Report (or the share icon on the audit card). Daylytix generates a time-limited URL that opens a read-only version of the audit dashboard — no Daylytix account needed for the recipient.

  • Default expiry: 7 days
  • Configurable to 30 days or never in Settings → Sharing
  • The link shows the full audit results but not your Settings or other clients' data
  • You can revoke the link at any time from the audit's share settings

Read-only client login

For ongoing client relationships, create a dedicated client login that gives access to their domain's audit history without requiring you to regenerate a link each time.

Go to Settings → Users → Invite Client:

  1. Enter the client's email address
  2. Assign them to one or more domains
  3. Click Send Invitation

The client receives an email with a setup link. They set their own password and log in to a read-only dashboard showing only their assigned domain(s). They can view audit results, download PDF/PPTX reports, and see score history — but cannot run audits, change settings, or see any other client's data.

ℹ️
Plan limits: Client logins are available on Pro and Agency plans. The Starter plan is single-user only. Domain limits: Starter (3 domains), Pro (10 domains), Agency (unlimited).

Score history and comparing audits

For each client site, you can:

  • Score History — click the History panel → select domain from the dropdown → view score, performance, and issue count trends over all your audits
  • Compare two audits — open the Compare panel → filter by domain → select any two audit snapshots to compare side by side (before/after a fix, month vs month, etc.)
  • Quick compare — in the Portfolio view, each domain's run history row has a quick-compare button that pre-loads the comparison

Automating client audits

Set up automated monitoring per client site so you always have fresh data without manual effort. Go to Monitoring → Add Schedule, enter the client's URL, set the frequency (daily / weekly / monthly), and optionally enable email reporting so the PDF is emailed after each run.

See Scheduling automated audits for full details.

💡
Agency workflow: Set up a weekly scheduled audit for each client + enable email reports to their address. The PDF lands in their inbox automatically every Monday — no manual work required.
