If you sign in via Google OAuth, your Google account security is governed by Google's terms. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on any account used to access Daylytix.

Subscription: Use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you upgrade. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar date each month. You will be charged the plan price from the payment method on file via Stripe.
Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until the end of the paid period. After cancellation, your account enters a paused state - your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription charges once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at billing@daylytix.com.
Platform: Daylytix, including its code, design, algorithms, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Daylytix and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as provided during the term of your subscription.
Your data: You retain full ownership of any data, content, and audit results you generate using the Service. Daylytix claims no ownership over your audit data, reports, or configuration. We may process your data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant Daylytix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback in any way, including improving and modifying the platform, without any obligation to you.
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion from your account settings or by emailing support@daylytix.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Daylytix, other users, or third parties. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, we may cooperate with law enforcement and retain data as required by law.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution - shall survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Daylytix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular SEO outcome.
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor behaviour, and your website's content and technical implementation. Daylytix provides audit data and recommendations as informational tools - we make no guarantee of ranking improvements or traffic increases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daylytix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Daylytix's total aggregate liability to you for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Daylytix is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
