Is there a refund policy? ▼
If you experience a technical issue in your first 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right. We want happy customers, not reluctant ones.
What happens if I cancel? ▼
Your subscription won't renew at the next billing cycle. Your data is kept safe and your account stays accessible until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I switch plans later? ▼
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the prorated difference.
Are there any per-report or per-audit fees? ▼
None. Run as many audits as you want, generate as many PDF and PPTX reports as you need, on as many sites as your plan allows. One flat monthly price, nothing else.
Do I need to pay for AI features separately? ▼
Yes - AI tools are included in your plan, but require your own AI API key, configured once in Settings. These are pay-per-use APIs with generous free tiers - typical usage costs a few cents per month.
How many users are included per account? ▼
Current plans are single-user. Team seat support is on the roadmap for the Agency plan. Enterprise plans can be configured with multiple users - contact us for details.
