Daylytix organises your work around clients — each client can have one or more domains, its own branding overrides, and a separate audit history. This keeps large portfolios tidy and lets you produce isolated reports for each client without mixing their data.

Domain limits by plan

The number of client domains you can track depends on your subscription tier:

Starter
5
domains across all clients
Pro
25
domains across all clients
Agency
Unlimited
domains + white-label reports
ℹ️
Subdomains count separately. blog.example.com and example.com are counted as two distinct domains. If you crawl both, both count against your limit.

The portfolio view

Go to Settings → Clients to see your full portfolio. Each client card shows:

  • Client name and logo (if set)
  • Number of domains attached
  • Latest audit score and date
  • Quick-run button to trigger a new audit for all client domains

Click a client card to open its detail view, which shows per-domain audit history, scheduling status, and report links.

Adding a new client

Open Settings → Clients

Click the + Add client button in the top-right corner of the Clients page.

Enter client details

Fill in the client name (used in reports and the portal), an optional logo URL, and any internal notes visible only to your team.

Add domains

Enter the root domain(s) for this client (e.g. https://example.com). You can add multiple domains to the same client — useful for brands with regional variants or separate microsites.

Configure optional settings

Set crawl depth, page limit, and GSC / GA4 integrations per domain if needed. You can also set a custom branding override for this client's PDF reports here.

Save and run first audit

Click Save client. The system will prompt you to run an initial audit — this establishes the baseline used for future comparisons.

Audit run history

Every audit ever run for a client domain is stored in that domain's run history table. You can access it from the client detail view. Each row in the table shows:

ColumnWhat it shows
Date & timeWhen the audit completed
ScoreOverall SEO health score (0–100)
Pages crawledTotal pages included in the audit
IssuesCritical / warning / notice counts
ActionsView report, download PDF, compare with another audit
Use the compare button. Select any two audits in the history table and click Compare to see a side-by-side diff of issues and scores — useful for monthly client reporting.

Per-client scheduling

Each domain within a client can have its own audit schedule. Available intervals are:

ScheduleBest for
DailyHigh-traffic or rapidly changing sites (e-commerce, news)
WeeklyActive sites with regular content publishing
Bi-weeklyStandard agency client sites
MonthlyLow-change informational or brochure sites

Schedules also control when automated email reports are sent. Set the recipient email and preferred language (English or Bulgarian) under Settings → Monitoring → Report for each schedule.

You can generate a read-only shareable link for any audit report. The link gives the recipient access to the full HTML report without them needing a Daylytix login.

  • Open the audit from the client's run history
  • Click Share → in the top toolbar
  • Copy the generated link — it remains valid for 90 days by default
  • Optionally set a custom expiry date or password-protect the link
⚠️
Anyone with the link can view the report. Do not share links containing sensitive client data in public channels. You can revoke any link from the Shared Links section of the client detail view.

Deleting a client

To delete a client, open their detail view and select Delete client from the overflow menu (⋯). This permanently removes all audit history, scheduled jobs, and shared links for that client. The action cannot be undone — export any reports you need to keep before deleting.
