After every audit, Daylytix can generate two types of client-ready reports: a detailed PDF report (20+ pages) and a presentation-style PowerPoint (PPTX) report (15 slides). Both are white-labelled with your agency branding.

Downloading your reports

Once an audit completes, two download buttons appear at the top of the dashboard:

  • Download PDF — generates and downloads the full PDF report
  • Download PPTX (purple button) — generates and downloads the PowerPoint deck

Report generation takes 5–20 seconds depending on audit size. The file is saved to your browser's downloads folder.

ℹ️
Branding: Reports use your agency logo, brand colour, and agency name set in Settings → Brand. Custom branding requires a Pro or Agency plan.

What's in the PDF report

The PDF is structured in clear sections, starting with an executive summary and drilling down into detailed findings:

1
Cover page — agency logo, site URL, client name, overall score donut chart, issue count summary boxes (Critical / Warning / Notice), and a one-page summary table of all category scores.
2
Charts page — issues by category (bar chart), severity breakdown, mobile vs desktop performance scorecard, Core Web Vitals gauges (LCP, CLS, FCP, TTFB).
3
Site statistics — pages crawled, response time distribution, word count distribution, response code breakdown, page depth distribution.
4+
Issues by priority — Critical issues first, then Warnings, then Notices. Each issue includes a description, impact label, and sample URLs affected.
Extended sections (where data is available): Accessibility, Social Preview, Redirect Chains, Duplicate Content, Schema Recommendations, Internal Linking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Rank Tracker, Content Decay, JavaScript Rendering, Performance Waterfall, Topical Authority Map.
N
Score history trend and Conclusion page with next-step recommendations.

  • Default language: set in Settings → General → Default Report Language
  • Per audit: click the language toggle (EN/BG) in the download button dropdown before generating
  • Scheduled reports: set per-schedule in Monitoring → [Schedule] → Report Language

The Bulgarian (BG) version uses DejaVuSans font for full Cyrillic character support.

Automated report delivery

You can configure Daylytix to automatically email the PDF after each scheduled audit. See Setting up automated email reports for full instructions.

💡
Tip: Generate a PDF immediately after onboarding a new client — it serves as an excellent baseline document and conversation starter for your first strategy call.
